Cottonwood Campground is located on the east side of Alcova Lake off County Road 407 (Kortes Road), 5 miles from Hwy 220. The campground is WROS Classified Rural Developed and is a popular camping area. The campground is aproximately 58 acres and has 29 RV/trailer campsites, 3 tent sites, 4 restrooms, 1 large group shelter, and 1 boat ramp. No water or utilities are available.

ADA Info: There are 2 handicap accessible restrooms located in the north and center of the campground. A fully ADA accessible picnic area and 1 RV/trailer campsite is available.
Camping sites are open / non-reservable. Fees are $7 per night and can be paid at the fee station located at the entrance to the campground area.
A large group shelter is available for rent/reservation, call (307) 235-9311. ADA accessible.
