Fremont Canyon Campground is at the southern end of Lakeshore Drive on the west side of Alcova Lake. This area of Alcova Reservoir is noted for its red rock and is also located at the mouth of the Canyon area. The campground is approximately 8 & 1/2 acres and features 35 RV/trailer campsites, 1 tent site, 4 restrooms, a small swim beach area, and one official boat ramp with another natural boat ramp. Hiking trails abound in the area overlooking the canyon. Fishing from shore is popular in this area. No water or utilities are available. The boat ramps at this campground also help to make it a popular boating area.

ADA Info: Parking, Restroom, and a beautiful ADA accessible RV/Trailer campsite is nestled in the red rock overlooking the lake and canyon area.
Camping sites are open / non-reservable. Fees are $7 per night and can be paid at the fee station located at the entrance to the campground area.
